3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal, credit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery Due to high demand, delivery times may vary between 7–21 business days. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Velora is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

6. Item Not as Described Velora ensures that all products match their descriptions. If a customer believes the item received does not match the listing, they must contact us directly at info@velora-co.store within 14 days of delivery before opening any dispute. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.

7. Dispute Resolution Customers are required to contact Velora directly before initiating any dispute with PayPal or their bank. We always strive to find a fair solution for both parties.

8. Customer Responsibility The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Velora cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
